Returns/Refunds

Our products are digital downloads, we can't offer refunds for them. Please check with us before the purchase if you are not 100% sure that you are getting the correct template. If you have any questions or are not sure about the product, please contact us and we will be happy to answer all questions.

Download

Once the template is ordered, you will receive an email with a link to download the EPS file. you will have 24 hours to download it, if by chance you do not get it please email us and we will get it emailed to you!

Fit and Finish

All of our templates have been test fit, laid out for best chance for the design to line up. Since the machine is 3D and the templates are 2D it is never going to happen that they will all line up perfectly. We do our best to make these templates the best we can. Each template varies in time to create averaging between 8-14 hours before we can even print to test fit and finalize them. If you do not see a template we do not offer please email us and we will see if we can find something and get you a timeline of when we can get one done!
